Riyadh, Jumada I 20, 1436, Mar 11, 2015, SPA -- An official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that due to the offensive remarks made by Sweden's Foreign Minister against the Kingdom, the Kingdom considered these remarks as a blatant interference in its internal affairs.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the source stressed that these remarks are against the international conventions and diplomatic norms and do not conform with the friendly relations between the countries.
The official source added that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia recalls its ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden.


Manama, 25 Jumada I 1436 H, March 16, 2015, SPA -- The Kingdom of Bahrain's foreign ministry denounced statements issued by the foreign minister of the Kingdom of Sweden Margot Wallstrom against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before the Swedish parliament.
In a statement, the Bahraini foreign ministry said today Sweden's statements are considered flagrant interference in the domestic affairs of and an absolutely-rejected tampering with the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its judicial system, citing that any interference in the internal affairs of a GCC member state is in fact an interference in the domestic affairs of all members of the group.
Underscoring the importance of mutual exchange of respect among world states and their institutions and their cultural diversification, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which derives its systems from the Islamic Sharia divine law, has laid down a firm sample that offers all humans all kinds of liberties and rights based on justice, mercy and equality, calling for commitment to the international charters and diplomatic norms which bar interference in the domestic affairs of others and never allow them in any way.


Riyadh, 27 Jumada I 1436, March 18, 2015, SPA -- The General Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, who is also the Chairman of the Senior Ulema Commission and the Standing Committee for Religious Research and Ifta, today condemned in the strongest words the statements issued by Sweden's Foreign Minister defaming the Saudi judiciary system, calling whoever undergrade our judiciary system as either ignorant or biased.
As part of his comments at a broadcasting weekly program, Al Al-Sheikh described those statements as fake and baseless, adding that the judiciary system in Saudi Arabia is independent and nobody could dictate it as it was based on the holy Quran and Sunnah (the prophet's sayings
and deeds).
Our religion gives rights to all people alike, he said, citing the multinationality presence in the Kingdom and the fairness they enjoy according to labor law and other laws and regulations.
He drew the attention to the fact that it will be dangerous to listen to such foreign allegations as they cannot understand the divine law on which our regulations were based.


Doha, Jumada I 27, 1436, Mar 18, 2015, SPA -- The state of Qatar condemned recent statements by Sweden's Foreign Minister Margot Wahlstrom against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement today, Qatar's Foreign Ministry considered the Swedish foreign minister's remarks a blatant violation of the diplomatic norms and the correct bases which should otherwise prevail the relations among countries, saying that the remarks completely contradict with the international law of not interfering in the internal and sovereign affairs of other countries.
The Qatari statement confirmed Qatar's support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this regard.


 Moroni, Jumada I 29, 1436, Mar 20, 2015, SPA -- The Comoros stressed its solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expressed its rejection and condemnation of remarks made by Sweden's Foreign Minister Margot Wahlstrom against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Relations of the Republic of the Comoros in this regard, the Comoros confirmed that the Swedish Foreign Minister’s remarks are deemed interference in internal affairs of the Kingdom, adding that these abusive remarks are against 1.500 million Muslims in the world, not only against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
